Integrated Forging, Machining & Assembly Facilities Built for Precision

MTF operates a fully integrated manufacturing setup spread across 20,000 sq. mtr., equipped with modern forging hammers, presses, induction heating systems, and CNC machining centers. Our facilities are designed to handle high-volume production while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.

With a forging capacity of 7,500 MT per annum and machining capacity of 3.6 million parts per year, we serve global OEMs, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers across automotive, construction, agriculture, hydraulics, oil & gas, and engineering industries.

Our manufacturing units are built for end-to-end production control – from raw material handling and induction heating to forging, heat treatment, machining, gear processing, coating, and assembly – ensuring reliable quality at every stage.

Advanced Equipment for Precision Manufacturing

Our dedicated tool room and machining division is equipped with advanced CNC machines, gear manufacturing equipment, automated processes, and high-end inspection systems. The combination of skilled manpower and technology ensures precision, repeatability, and superior component finishing.

We operate a wide range of equipment including CNC Turning Centers, VMCs, Gear Hobbing, Gear Shaving, Gear Profile Grinding, Broaching Machines, and Automated Material Handling Systems. Every tool and die is developed, maintained, and validated in-house for maximum reliability.

Zero-Defect Manufacturing with Advanced Inspection Systems

Quality is the foundation of MTF’s manufacturing culture. Our Quality Assurance Department is equipped with advanced inspection systems to validate dimensional accuracy, metallurgical performance, and surface integrity of every part produced.
We follow globally recognized quality systems and are certified with IATF 16949, PED & AD 2000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Each production batch undergoes strict validation using high-end instruments to ensure compliance with customer specifications and international standards.
